I grew up a theater kid. Before film sets, there were theater stages.

From middle and high school productions to community theater and, eventually, earning a B.A. in Theater Arts from UCLA, every step led me toward a career in front of the camera.

Over the years, I've appeared in film, television, commercials, and live events—from acting on True Blood and The Office, to dancing on Dancing with the Stars, to performing on stage with Josh Groban at the Primetime Emmy Awards.

Most recently, I starred in my short film, The Pole, which I also directed and co-wrote and is currently playing the festival circuit.

Every chapter of my career has been rooted in movement—and driven by story.
