I’m a multi-hyphenate artist: director, writer, dancer, actor, choreographer—telling bold, character-driven stories inspired by the world I know best: dance.

I started my career performing across film, television, and stage—including a memorable turn as the Pineapple Fanta Girl in an international Fanta campaign. I then went on to spend over 20 years as a tv/film choreographer, with credits on shows like Modern Family, The Vampire Diaries, Switched at Birth, The Mindy Project, and many more.

My work has reached millions online through original dance content, with my YouTube channel averaging over 1 million views per month and a viral video surpassing 50 million views.

Now, I’m directing—bringing a movement-driven lens to storytelling that blends humor and heart- my favorite kind of comedy.

My short films The Pole and Out of the Blue mark my emergence as a filmmaker and are currently on the festival circuit.

I live in Los Angeles with my husband, Mike, and our two daughters, who love to dance—just like their mom.
